Worst dining experience in Watami nomo branch. Ang akala naming masayang celebration ng birthday ng ate ko turns out bad dine-in experience sa restaurant na to. Pag approach palang ng receptionist nila very unprofessional na. Hindi man lang nakangiti at parang wala sa mood humarap sa customers.
My sister and our family decided to have our dinner in Wantomi because it's my sister's birthday today and because my niece is a fan of Japanese cuisine. Pero Ang Akala naming masayang birthday celebration turns out to be a worst dine-in experience pala. Si ate receptionist nakasimangot na pag approach palang samin but we just let it slide and didn't mind nalang, inisip nalang namin na siguro pagod na siya and we just understand it. Then my sister asked if it's okay to sit in that particular table kasi may baby sya and 5 naman kami, so in all 6 kami including the baby, baka okay lang and we asked ate receptionist about it but she insisted na Hindi daw kasi it's for 8 person and we say it's okay if that's the case. Then dumiretso na kami dun sa table na tinuro nya. But then few moments later may ibang customers na dumating and they were also 5 but then nakita namin na doon sila pinaupo sa table na sabi ni ate receptionist na for 8 person. Then nung lumapit si ate waitress I raised the concern about it and even asked if it's how they treat their customers?may unfair treatment ba Dito?. Sabi nga ng mga kasama ko porke ba't nakapangbahay lang kami they will treat us that way? Akala ba nila wala kaming pangbayad sa oorderin namin? Then ate waitress apologized in behalf of it, and we really appreciate her . Then when she came back she told us that their manager is the one who let those customers to sit there, so ganun nga may unfair treatment kasi si manager nila nagpaupo dun, sana pala Kay manager nalang din kami nagtanong at nag approach directly if that's the case. And I guess the complain was raised to their manager and it was being acknowledged, but then Walang manager na humarap samin to explain about the concern we raised. Only si ate waitress lang humarap samin, when infact hindi sya ang kinomplain namin. And one more thing si kuya waiter who took our order, nanguya pa habang nagtitake ng order namin. We ordered two of their "Make it a Meal" set for P375, which includes an appetizer (sushi roll/fried squid), entree (katsudon/ menchi katsu/ chicken teriyaki), drinks (iced tea), and dessert (choco mochi). The menchi katsu was worth the additional P50, as it was juicy but crunchy on the outside. Their chicken teriyaki was grilled to smoky perfection. The food tastes good, price is ok, that is why when we visit this branch at Vista North Molino it is almost jam-packed. The place is clean and neat, however, you will wait at least a few minutes for your food to be served especially if the restaurant is crowded. The service is ok and the staff is so accommodating.
