Jollibee - Bacoor Blvd. — Restaurant in Bacoor

The venue is good but the staff and branch is dodgy. They have a hidden charges. I booked a party for my son's birthday, they are tired given we are the last party for the day. They are 20mins late, should be 6pm start, we start at 6:20pm. We tried to be positive for good vibes. At pass 7PM the host approached me and asking if we will be extending because time is running out, I said yes in the impression party finishes at 7PM. After I sat down inside, I realized it was until 8PM. They were totally unorganized, you need to instruct them what to do, just 1 staff is really enthusiastic to assist us. (We understand they are tired but we are expecting equal service as we paid for the same as any other) I ask them to serve the food as my guest is just waiting for the next thing to be done. They serve the food so slow my brother help them distribute. I even need to ask when will Jollibee appear as my guest is almost finished eating and i saw them just sitting outside. The tables are't clean well. They tried though because there are still very wet marks of the rag. They will sweep the floor and under your table even if you are there and I find this unethical since the dust might go to your food and also my 2 year old son is there. The food is good of course it's Jollibee but before ordering we asked the server if there are specific part of chicken available and she said it's only ribs and wings and since I only want to eat leg or thigh part I opted for other food product but when the food is served to us, my daughter's and husband's chicken are both thigh part so maybe they need to train their people more.
