Looking back at my pre-school and school age years, together with my late nanay who used to dine in at this humble refreshment snack house after class. A very accesible site located at the heart of the city market. The hands on owner/founder which i call Lola Leonor used to serve us their special spaghetti- topped with a meaty sauce, sliced hotdogs and cheese. Paired with their famous halo-halo and the all time favorite, their home made siopao. Now, they have varieties of meals and deserts in the menu for you to choose from . A must try iced coffee for caffeine lovers like me.. Missing this place with alot of memories, celebrating big or small wins with family and friends. Definitely a place to revisit again… Kudos to a very accomodating staff and owner’s that became family. Simply preserving this place and foodies for the future generation… see you soon Steering Wheel...

True Bagonhons knows that steering wheel is still around up to this day tungod sa affordable kag quality food they offer..part of my happy childhood kay dri ko gnadala or atleast gna dal-an pasalubong pamahaw ni Mama from steering wheel when I was a kid..now I have a kid of my own..permi man gapadala siopao kag leche flan sng steering wheel everytime magpa tinda kmi..nostalgia all over again everytime mag bakal kmi da pamahaw..hope u guys will last forever and same as me more will experience the nostalgic feeling of that happy childhood thru ur...

I enjoyed my meal. The food is well-prepared and tasty, the service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Steering Wheel Refreshment...
