McDonald's Balanga Bagong Silang — Restaurant in Balanga

This restaurant screams for renovation, dirty place to dine-in, flooded toilet, food quality is poor, soggy fries and chicken, poor customer service.

We ordered chicken (big in size), they gave us a regular chicken, when I asked Mr. RJ Asencio if this is the big in size chicken, he told me that it is the one available. So guys don’t pay anymore for that big in size chicken since they are also serving the same. Save your money!

I was not able to take a photo of the chicken since I was not planning to make a review but the customer service is the same...

I have never experienced such from other branches in the city, that when we called out the staff for making us wait despite ordering in their drive thru, they were not apologetic at all. We even had to tell them that people order in drive thru for convenience, usually because people are in a hurry.

But reading reviews here, it seems like they are used on receiving bad reviews. I hope they improve cause I don’t think the staffs understand that their attitude can affect the number of customers going to their branch which in effect affects them...

My family has eaten at a number of McDonald's throughout the Philippines. This particular place has given us the best dining experience to date. Management is quick to make corrections without incident or delay. The people are well-versed on the standards and are always there to satisfy even the most finicky. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a no nonsense dining experience that is second to none. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos to add but will update the next time my family...
