I do not recommend this branch

Tried ordering a spicy chicken meal, crew asked availability in the chicken and told me to wait for 20 mins. I agreed and made my payment online. After printing the receipt, the manager notified me that spicy chicken isnt availble, so i have to switch my order to regular.

I agreed and asked for a refund since regular chicken is a bit cheaper than the other. They insisted that refund can't be done because they already punched my order. I had no other choice so i requested for a thigh part instead to compensate.

When i picked up my order, it was a wing part so i call the attention of the crew and told them i requested for a thigh. They told me "wala na pong thigh maam" and again i had no choice. Upon looking at the kitchen 3 of their crew members were eating 2pc thigh part...

Service not good paid for an out of order product no refund and no apology from the crew slow serving time and served bloody chicken. requested for a desired part of chicken but manager insisted that its not available even though they have the desired part "hindi ko alam baket sinasabeng wala kung s ang question saakin is willing to wait po ba? and i replied yes but wrong part parin binigay"...

using the kiosk for ordering is very troublesome, waited 20mins for the food and another 20minutes for the fries and burger in the same order, crew is not attentive and not cleaning...
