Meza Feliz offers an okay casual to fine dining experience. The food was good, looks nice, well seasoned, a bit small in portions and served just right, though scant in variety. It is al-freco dining, quite spacious and aesthetic. There is a small enclosed room, maybe for VIP dining. The parking lot has adequate slots. There are also gazebos for garden dining - I think they look good on afternoon to dinner visits The staff/crew members are attentive and were able to attend to our needs or queries on time. Though I phoned in for a reservation, but when we arrived, the table wasn't set. i have to ask for additional cuttlery and glasses of water. The comfort room are well kept and clean. Lastly, the following notable things worth mentioning: • The menu for lunch and dinner is different so plan WHEN you want to go and WHAT you want to eat. • Better go for canned beverages as the servings of mocktails is paltry on quantity and taste. • Get ready to wait especially during peak hours, a set of appetisers may save you from hunger pangs. • They only accept cash and gcash, no cards, sad. • I think there is no wifi. • Avoid the mushroom crackers - it's just "besuto". • Get ready to put on your insect repellant as it is near a rice field and there's a small pond in the area. • Double check your receipts. • Price is from reasonable to pricey for the quantity served. Overall Mesa Feliz is recommended for an occasional visit. Service can be improved further.

Convenient Location, Okay Food The Location Went there because of the high score here in Google Maps. It's very easy to spot kase it's in the middle of the field. We went there on a Saturday and parking was a breeze. The place is kind of dark though, that contributes a lot to why it's full of mosquitoes. I'm sure the owners see the complaints about the mosquito problem and I don't think it's hard to fix. So please work on it. The Food We ordered the smoked beef and pork meal. We added tacos too. They gave us two smoked pork and the tacos came late. About the taste, the smoked pork was too salty. The sauce was good but again, you can't enjoy it because it's too salty. The rice that came with it was on the sticky side. It looks like cheap rice seasoned to make it look fancy. It was undercooked when we had it. The tacos were good. Perfectly seasoned. But that's about it. The Service The service is poor. They didn't serve us what we ordered. Another order came in late. I'm guessing they mixed up our order because they don't assign specific waiters to stay with the customers who ordered from them. I think we talked to 3. The servers aren't attentive too. When we were about to pay, we had to walk to the cashier just to be able to get the bill. We love Bataan. This place could be a lot better with simple tweaks. I expect better service next time... If there is one.

Food: 7/10 The crispy pata exhibits over-frying in certain areas. The sizzling squid was served below the appropriate temperature, lacking the intended sizzle. The fried itik is satisfactory. The shrimp pizza presents a slightly bland flavor profile. Drinks: 6/10 The beverages offered are of moderate quality. The house blend iced tea exhibits excessive sweetness. The mango ginger juice is predominantly ginger-flavored, lacking a balanced mango profile, and the matcha beverage presents a muted, underwhelming matcha taste. Service: 9/10 The service was excellent, and the crew demonstrated exceptional attentiveness. Ambience: 9/10 The establishment boasts an aesthetically pleasing and clean environment. While the soft music enhances the ambiance, the lighting conditions are suboptimal for photography. The cost of the food is disproportionate to its flavor profile, and the plating is suboptimal. Furthermore, I recommend replacing damaged plates to enhance the overall dining experience.
