Such a Baaaad experience in the Drive thru as always...
Had to repeat my orders several times, confirmed it twice with the order taker. And when we got the products, they STILL GOT IT WRONG with the Chicken Bucket!!! When I asked to replace it, they asked me if I am willing to wait for another 15 mins. Already waited 15 mins for the initial orders so now I have to wait again BECAUSE OF THEIR FAILURE!!!
I told them if I will wait, will they replace all the other items I ordered... Coz by the time the next batch of chicken is cooked, all the rest of the products would have been "wasted" already. Of course they declined so what are we to do now??? As usual... TAKE THEIR INCOMPETENCE EVEN THOUGH WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!
What a waste! No wonder Jollibee is notoriously known for bad service abroad!

Read moreWe ordered via App from Orani Branch (auto -selected by the App) and paid in advanced just to get our order forwarded to another branch in Balanga Diverson (without our permission or confirmation) but then they said that their rider won't deliver to our area past 6 in the afternoon because it's too dark, LOL. FYI, it's not too dark (I ride there all the time), because along the highway, there are solar light posts installed. It's a very frustraing experience. Our money is on hold...

The music inside the store is loud, it's difficult enough to converse with the crew over the counter due to mask, face shield, and counter barrier, because ithey muffle sound, factor in loud music in the store, then it becomes a recipe for miscommunication n errors in orders.
