Talk about "CUSTOMER SERVICE" & Authenticity of Food...I've tried a lot of Korean Samgyeopsal around Baliuag but this is the most BY FAR the best (Taste / Service / Ambiance / Smoke Control / Ventilation / Cleanliness). Surely this is not the last time that I'll be visiting. :) Authenticity : the Utensils being used are also authentic korean even the chop sticks! :) so love it.

Food : Meat has 3 Option marinated with real Herbs on it...& those side dishes! common'! so Love it! The Grill is real NON STICK. easy to cook with. Unlimited Ice Tea :)

Price : Well two words to say "WORTH IT".

Customer Service : While other Staff will wait for you to flag them, the staff on Aviina will approach you to ask if you need anything else or a re-fill & Good Looking staff. Staffs are all smiling & shocking that they are not tired doing it. Improvement Point : I'm not sure if they did not expect the number of guest that day but it\s a little chaotic on staff as if they are panicking because of GUEST to STAFF ratio.

This isn’t just a disappointment — it’s an absolute insult. The meat served isn’t even fit for dogs; even they’d turn away from it. The pork, whether plain or marinated, is downright inedible — like chewing on rubber tires. The marinated one had zero flavor, and to make it worse, flies were swarming all over it, with disgusting hairs still clinging to the pork.

The side dishes? Stale as hell. They looked and tasted like they’ve been recycled for days. The lettuce was borderline rotten. The siomai? A disgrace — tasted like it was made from leftover Shanghai grease and regret. The enoki mushrooms were so tough, they could double as shoelaces.

The rice was a sad, soggy mess, like cold biko pretending to be a meal. The chicken? Hard as stone and clearly frozen — tasted like it had been marinated in cockroach essence. And that cheese? Bitter, bland, and textured like it had sand mixed in.

For ₱279 per head, this was nothing short of a scam. An absolute culinary disaster. A slap in the face. I’ve never felt so robbed and disrespected by...
