Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff, and delicious food. I was eagerly awaiting their opening and they did not disappoint. They were bit busy when we arrived, so we decided to park in front of Honda to avoid the vehicular musical chairs. We were seated right away and to my enjoyment were promptly served with ice cold water and hot tea (this isn't typical of a lot of Chinese restaurants here, especially Hap Chan, where you have to ask several times for water and beg for hot tea which almost always comes out after the food). Their menu is quite extensive, but we stuck to a few of our favorites. We tried their Special Congee with century egg, hakaw, shrimp shomai, sharksfin, and beef cubes in garlic sauce. Most everything was delicious. The hakaw wasn't impressive though, a bit dry and not the best we've had. However, the great attitude of all the staff made it an exceptional night out. Five stars.
