Project Steak — Restaurant in Baliwag

First time to dine. Ample al fresco seats. 3 tables indoors that could accommodate groups.

Staff are attentive, service was fast, and food was served within a reasonable amount of time, about 10 to 15 mins.

The Calamares, fish batter, and salmon batter all tasted the same. Potato wedges were thin. It was tasteless, but the cheese? flavourings added on top helped to give a little flavour.

Just got a little disappointed on how gummy the texture of the steak was. Maybe it was thawed quickly and wasn't cooked well. We asked for medium well, but still, it was like undercooked.

Black pasta was on the salty side. The mashed potato and veggies were good, though.

Corn and mushroom soup tasted acceptable.

Price was reasonable for its serving, I guess. Overall, it was ok. We just got a little disappointed with their promoted item, which...

Bad experience and service. Sat on the blue couch on Mimi’s indoor because seats on Project Steak is fully occupied. I politely asked if is it okay to eat inside Mimi’s Cafe and order at Project Steak’s menu, they told us it’s fine.

The staff gave us a menu then ask us to change seats because the owner’s friends will occupy our space. They told us that the seat was already “reserved” when there is no any sign stated on the table. I even asked why would they let us sit and give us a menu when the table was taken in the first place.

The owner doesn’t have any courtesy at their customers, it was so disrespectful. It was supposed to be a Valentine’s date for me and my bestfriend but ruins our appetite . Will never...

We've been to several steak restaurants in Bulacan and this so far has the best steak in my opinion. This resto exceeded our expectations in terms of affordability, serving size, food taste and presentation, location, and customer service!!!

Their steak 🥩 is delicious, tender, and generously served at a surprisingly affordable price!!!!

We also loved the calamares with its garlic mayo and special vinegar dips.

The BBQ ribs are also flavourful and tender.
