McDonald's — Restaurant in Batangas City

If I can give a ZERO STAR, I will. What a very rude behavior by the female manager/staff of MCDONALD’S ALANGILAN (along Diversion Road, beside Xentro Mall Batangas Terminal).

The manager/staff approached us and asked us to leave because we were having a meeting. She said that they have a conference room for that and we should have rented it.

These are the facts:

1. EACH OF US ORDERED SEPARATE MEALS. There were only FOUR OF US - my boyfriend, his brother, his brother’s wife and I.

2. We were just sitting there for one hour when she approached us VERY RUDELY.

3. WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS A TIME LIMIT FOR CUSTOMERS TO STAY.

4. It was already 11:25pm and THERE WERE A LOT OF VACANT TABLES.

5. Beside us was a table with four individuals who heard the manager/staff ordering us to leave. SHE DIDN’T EVEN ASK NICELY. That was a CLEAR INSULT to us.

WE WERE TREATED NOT LIKE CUSTOMERS BUT PAUPERS WHO CLANDESTINELY OCCUPIED TABLES AND BEGGED FOR FOOD.

We hope that the PROPER PENALTY BE METED OUT AGAINST THIS RUDE FEMALE...

We ordered in the kiosk 2 deals fr the kiosk, 99 chicken meal and 124 cheese burger meal. but the crew did not inform us that there was no ice nor float available. They punched med fries with the chicken meal w/o my daughter knowing, she had no fries in her original order and given us iced coffee for our drinks with addtl charges. They could have told us the deals were nowhere available and let us order other meals. The burger that was given too was cold and blunt. I also dont drink ice coffee but the crew never told me i could order other drinks!

Can you please inform your crew if the deal is not anymore available and not choose just what they want.

I am regular customer there but their crew...

Drive thru experience is horrible. the sprite I got tasted like bitter sparkling water. To the point that we have to go back to the counter and ask them to replace it. And what do you expect with customer service in the country? THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZED. EVEN THE MANAGER DOESN'T GIVE A CRAP.

Turns out, there was also someone who is missing a coke float on their order. People here should be re-trained. If you are reading this? better eat somewhere else. Or go get something healthy. Everytime I eat at a McDonald's which rarely happens, I always...
