Waited for about 35mins for the food even if the place wasn't full. Also the food wasn't that hot when it arrived.

Waiting staff was not that courteous nor welcoming. They forgot one of our takeways. When I came back for it, it was just in their counter and the staff just gave it to me without even apologizing.
