I went there during lunchtime and didn't quite enjoy the meal because there were a lot of street kids that just kept on coming in and out of the establishment. The kids then started hanging around my table, selling to me flowers and whatnot while I was eating my lunch and refused to leave even when I told them to. It took a long time for the staff to come and tell the kids to go out of the establishment. It just seemed like this had been happening for a long time, and the crew were just used to it.

I frequently go there and try their drive-through breakfast as well and even in the morning. There are kids selling me flowers while i'm paying and picking up my foot from the window.

It's not only kids but even adults selling me corn and peanuts. There's even this guy who doesn't even have like a uniform that keeps on guiding traffic and the parking area of jollibee who isn't even trained to do that.

What if something happens to my car while i'm parking in the establishment or taking it out of the establishment. He will not be held liable because he is not an employee...

I ordered via grab then as usually theres a time for them to deliver then while waiting for order i was accidently fall asleep for 20 to 30min. cause i was just got home tired from manila and then the delivery rider was already on its way and already in our area he calls me and i not able to answer his calls. Soon as i wake up and see my phone for the update for the delivery the delivery rider said in a message he will bring back our order to the jollibee Bauang. Then i call the rider and try to appologized for the inconvinient but he answer me saying “you just waste my time” but then i understand hes frustrations so i called jollibee bauang for some reconsiderations to redeliver our order then one answered me yes they can and tells me that your order is already redeliver and we wait for 3hours and calling for follow up then we never recieve our order.
