Jollibee Bay Highway — Restaurant in Bay

Right spot at the intersection! One of the two and only fast food restaurants here at Bae town proper (the other one being McDonalds). The food selection at Jollibee is nothing to question as it has already served millions of Filipinos here and abroad. As for this branch, I prefer visiting here than McDonald’s because the floor is always cleaned and smells good. At McDonald’s, the mop used for wiping the floor smells bad most of the time, which leads to an unpleasant smell upon entering the establishment. At Jollibee, sanitary concerns are not an issue.

I guess the concern I will raise here is the speed of service. Also in one of my orders for large fries, it appears that the container for the fries is large but the serving is just the same for the small one.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at JOLLIBEE BAY HIGHWAY. And let me tell you their gems are PAUL NATHAN REUEL MARK and one more I forgot sorry! But they are so lively, and truly entertaining making our guests book another event with them. They are very accommodating and helpful. They even assisted me in some games i like and assisting me giving favors. Capacity is 70pax Might be a bit crowded if you exceed 75-80pax

While the overall food quality is nice, I can't say the same for the service. I ordered online from a delivery service platform, and when it was delivered, one menu was missing so the rider had to go back to the restaurant. When one of the staff reached out to me for confirmation of the missing order, I asked them why that one order wasn't included in the delivery, to which they replied: "Ahh, I didn't notice the order." The delivery guy had to ride back under the heavy rain to bring my order to me because of this particular restaurant's shortcomings.
