Jollibee — Restaurant in Baybay

Whenever I need to buy something in baybay. Jolibee baybay is the place I go to eat. Today, I patiently waited for 45 minutes since there was a long line. The cashier rudely told me that I can't use Gcash as a payment and didn't care to explain why. I told her to that I always use GCash payment but she did not respond. It was so inconvenient since she already saw my phone screen in the Gcash App while placing the order but didn't told me right away. I was furious thinking what if I was not able to pay it in cash, I just wasted almost an hour of my time getting in line. I hide my anger and went ahead to eat my order. I forgot that she gave me the change already and I told the crew that served my pending orders if she can verify it with the cashier since I don't want to talk to her. I asked to wait in the side and it took a while for the supervisor to check with me the cctv and he confirmed that I did got the change. He confirmed that their Gcash option is offline. It was an embarrassing experience. And I felt like I should have gotten at least an apology but sadly they did not. I just want to leave this review so others will be aware beforehand to bring cash in case they are not accepting Gcash payment...

This branch of Jollibee have enough space to accommodate customers during rush hour. It is a two floor building and almost always clean environment. But one thing to take notice is that it is located besides a highway which makes it dangerous for children and the parking space is very small with only 3 maximum parking space for cars.

However the employees here is well mannered and polite, they take orders fast and precise. If there is adjustment they would correct it right away. They also serve food fast, helpful and approachable especially to senior citizens and PWDs.

Jollibee Baybay is super-busy each time we go. And yet our take-out order is all ready within just the right amount of time.
