Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Biñan

We had a terrible experience here… We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks, Shakey’s Special Pizza and the Chicken Buddy Pack.

At first we were greeted well until the mozzarella sticks came in, it didn’t come with the sauce. We asked the waiter where is the sauce, after 5 minutes, they said that there were no more sauce left and suggested ketchup instead. We told them that they should’ve said so in the first place or else we would’ve ordered the other appetizers. We told them to cancel the mozzarella sticks because there was no sauce, we expected them to take the mozzarella sticks out but they didn’t said anything… We thought that they were trying to get the sauce but when we finished all our meal, there was not a marinara sauce in sight.

The rice was served late and the chicken was not hot when they served it to us.

We asked for the bill and it took 20 minutes just for them to hand over our bill. We were thinking that the staff were doing it on purpose because when we watched them do their work, they weren’t doing anything and our bill was not being handled by anyone.

I inspected the place and there were pieces of mojos at the floor at the other table, it was empty and ready to be served to the incoming customers but they didn’t clean the floor.

Overall, We had the worst Shakeys Experience...

We usually go to this place whenever i came back from out of the country. Me and my mates treat it like a tradition but that ends today. The chicken was obviously reheated on the fryer and made it really really dry. The potato mojos was cold. The pasta was so wet that the sauce is sliding off the pasta. We also waited half an hour for the chicken and pasta and an hour for the pizza. For that kind of wait on a not so busy time for the restaurant to give that kind of sub par food is ridiculous. The staff obviously doesn’t like what they’re doing. No manager wasn’t present on the floor even when guests are waiting for their food. Only Icel our server was nice and apologetic about the situation but the other staff just keeps chatting with each other and laughing especially the guy on the kichen pass who can’t even make a...

It has become an activity of ours to drive off without destination. The first time we did it during the time of pandemic was on a noon time drive to try the newly-opened Skyway Stage 3 to the north. We stopped by Petron along NLEx, found ourselves a nice, isolated parking area, and ordered take out pizza from Shakeys. The last time was just this evening. This time to the south. We drove to Caltex and found this Shakeys branch amongst the dozen or so food establishments in this stop over. The place was busy but the staff were accommodating. The guard was strict about not allowing children below 18yo but that’s ok. By now, eating al fresco by the car was a preference. As usual, chicken and mojos didn’t fail.
