Jollibee Binangonan Bayan — Restaurant in Binangonan

We dine here this morning around 8:30 am, we're so excited to try chicken nuggets and their breakfast because it was my first time to binangonan. When it's my turn to order the cashier is not approachable even the crew beside her who assembled the orders. I don't know why they're not in the mood, it was earlier in the morning and it's not crowded yet. I have some questions to ask about the new product but decided to order the 10 pcs nuggets w/o asking anything and ordered 2 breakfast chicken joy w/ upgraded drinks. The cashier present my 2 ordered breakfast chicken and gave me a no. for my pending order. After 10mins they serve the chicken nuggets, i went to the counter but no one wants to approach me while they see me holding 2 gravy disposable cup containers, almost 7 mins but still no words from crews. so, i ask for gravy refill to the same crew who assembled my orders but she didn't respond and looked at me as if she didn't heard anything. I recently dined here and that left me with mixed feelings. We all know the menu by heart because they are operating since our childhood, but to my surprise, they only served what was commonly ordered. This limited selection was disappointing, as I had my heart set on something that wasn't a popular choice. What's more, the wait time for chicken meals was excruciatingly long, nearly an hour. The aspect that bothered me the most was the crew's indifference to my request for a simple glass of water. It's disheartening when basic customer needs are ignored. Overall, my experience at this food chain was far from satisfactory, and I hope they can improve both their menu options and customer service...
