Hap Chan - Sta. Maria — Restaurant in Bulacan

To sum it up, very disappointing. Undermanned, the appetizer was served almost at the end of the duration of our meal despite being ordered in advance/ahead of time. We were 12 and were seated in two round tables wherein food were served one table and a dish at a time, treated like we were a separate group. Poor air-conditioning. The staff were not attentive, the service is so sluggish. The fish in the spinach soup taste and smell very off and gammy. The hot-pot served was a poor excuse for a hot pot. Never will I eat in this Hap Chan...

The food took an hour or more to be ordered, so I was looking forward to it being something special. However, it seems that the prices don't match the quality of the food. The service was also not up to par and messed up....

Huge parking space and dining area. I think we were the first customer of the day but our orders took a long time to be served.

Personally, I find their food overpriced for its serving size. The taste...
