The place suggests that you make a reservation ahead of time but also caters to walk in customers. They offer both ala carte and buffet dining options with ala carte dining on weekdays and buffet dining on the weekends. Buffet food choices were good although the options were a bit limited. Nevertheless, this restobar’s buffet is worth your buck. A major drawback though is the absence of complimentary drinks such as iced tea or lemonade - they only have service water. If you want to get drinks, you will have to order from their separate drinks menu on which the prices are a little inflated. The ambiance of the place is very nice and cozy - something that the patrons wouldn’t hesitate to post on their social media profiles. Read moreFood was good, portioning was big and was great value for money. Ambiance and interior was nice. One thing im concerned about is nobody is checking the guests/customers food and experience satisfaction on tables. May it be supervisor or manager, and Noticeably some staffs are casually sitting on other tables, roaming around and chatting and even loudly singing while guests are having dinner. Understandably its a restobar and there is live singing but still it does not look too good.
Brownies taste good but a bit too hard, choco moist cake was also good but dry. (it should be moist, hence the name)
Overall experience was good, I look forward to see the establishments in Butuan to improve, and to see it succeed for a long time. Part of that is to improve the services and not just interiors.
Thank you for the experience...

The beverage menu offered a wide selection. I opted for their Classic Thai Milk Tea with boba, but the boba was slightly too firm for my liking.
Overall, Cha Ah is an excellent establishment for relaxation and socializing with friends, while also providing a satisfying...
