Chowking — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

This chowking is beside cumc hospital. And yet their service is terrible and the food they serve does not follow quality check prior to serving. Experienced this so many times but dismissed it considering that it's usually rush hour. This time my dad needed to eat cos his bp was low and he was in the ER. i walked the extra distance from 7/11 to buy their siopao, not only was there almost no customers but there were a lot of employees present. They ran out of each siopao so i had to buy 1 pc of diff kinds and sizes. Had to wait 5 mins for the siopao and when it was given to me, the siopao was cold. It wasnt event warm. The table I sat at was dirty with crumbs and stains. The floor had trash and food scattered around. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned up in a while. The staff seemed like they weren’t paying attention to it. This is especially concerning since the place is near a hospital. Cleanliness is really important, especially in places close to healthcare.
