McDonald's — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

I was so disappointed with the manager named Randy! I had ordered dine in aound 1300 pesos and make additional 2 bucket of chicken worth 1k plus, dunno exactly... unfortunately the manager is so resistant to take my take my take away order... He insisted to place My order to the order machine... so what I did, I went to the machine and look for the buckets in the menu,,,, but I cannot find....so I told the cashier, in fairness the cashier is so understanding, she agreed, then I talk to the manager I told him WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO TAKE MY ORDER? HE TOLD MY THAT IS THE PROCEDURE, I TOLD HIM BUT I CANNOT FIND THE MENU? sorry but I really found him not suitable to his position, I thought, as manager it is his basic task to render excellent customer service.... I just couldn't understand why a store manager is very customer unfriendly? He maybe need training on handling customer's needs. But the cashier jasiel is very respectful and understanding.... my salute to the cashier!...

Parking is limited especially during lunch time. You will need to wait for vacancies. No problem if you are on a commute. They do have a drive-through option.

Food size servings is smaller compared to the other branches in the City. I should know, I have been dining at various CDO branches for years now.

BRANCH MANAGEMENT. Staff could use MORE customer service training. I requested that the food be taken to the next floor since I had 2 toddlers with me. Staff delivered but did not bother to bring utensils. Informing me that utensils were in the ground floor. Staff was not even moved by my situation.

Play place is nice, clean and does not have too many kids unlike those at the Limketkai Branch. It is smaller than the one in LKK.

Has a huge function room for parties and private events. This could be a great place to celebrate your events.

There is no CR on the 2nd floor so be aware when taking small children or the elderly there. At that time I was there, lavatory did not have...

The place is nice itself, but its the more nice when you are in a group, I did not just enjoy the food but also the people in it. Good for barkadas, "swak" sa budget like me who used to be so thrifty when the pocket seems short hehehe.
