Hidden Jade Cuisine — Restaurant in Calamba

We were excited to try this new restaurant, especially since we often pass by the area. Upon entering, we noticed that there wasn’t anyone available to greet us, even though there were several staff members present. I had to approach someone to get seated, which could be improved.

During our visit, we observed a few issues that could enhance the overall experience. The floor was wet due to a malfunctioning air conditioner, and there were visible cracks in the ceiling that need attention.

The service also requires some improvements. Our waiter had difficulty explaining the dishes, and we had to repeat our order multiple times because it seemed there were some mix-ups. Unfortunately, two of our dishes were forgotten altogether, which was disappointing.

As for the food, it was decent, but not exceptional. We ordered about nine dishes (not counting the two that were missing), and while we enjoyed some of them, there’s room for improvement in the overall flavor and presentation.
