The food was okay. No complaints about it.

However, when we asked for the bill, the waitress asked my mother if she had a senior citizen card. When my mother replied and started to take out her senior id, the waitress said it was okay. She was just confirming that my mom had an ID and the discount had already been applied. After we left and had coffee from another place, my mother reviewed the "order slip". To our surprise, not only was there no senior discount applied, but also a service charge was added. So our bill turned out more expensive. The worst thing is, we were only given an "order slip". No O.R. or sales invoice.

I gave two stars because there wasn't anything wrong with the food. This is being generous because if it weren't for their cheating and dishonesty, this would have turned out better. My mother had a high blood pressure attack after this incident. Please always check your bill and demmand an Official receipt, NOT AN ORDER SLIP!!!!

Please be warned and dine at your own risk. We won't eat here or any branch again! Their personnel were very dishonest. I had the pleasure of dining at It's a Thai, and it was nothing short of amazing! The food was incredibly delicious, packed with authentic Thai flavors that left us craving for more. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented.

A standout for me was their Pad Thai Goong—it was absolutely phenomenal! The noodles were perfectly cooked, coated in a rich tamarind sauce that was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy. The prawns were juicy and plump, adding a wonderful texture and flavor to the dish. Topped with crushed peanuts and fresh herbs, it truly captured the essence of Thai street food in a refined way.

The service was also top-notch. The dining staff was incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. Even though we didn’t order any drinks, our server made sure our water glasses were never empty—a small detail, but one that speaks volumes about their level of care and hospitality.

Overall, It's a Thai gave us a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic, flavorful Thai cuisine with excellent service!

We've seen a lot of great reviews and we love Thai food, so we ordered via Order Ready for our lunch a few days ago. It didn't disappoint! The food were delivered warm and fresh. The flavors are there but they're customized for the Filipino palette (not too spicy). We loved all the food we ordered and the portion sizes were good for 2-3 persons (depending on the appetite).
