Excellent service and food European food. The place is aesthetic but a bit small

Detailed: This restaurant offers a visually stunning and inviting dining experience, as captured in the collage of video thumbnails. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone—elegant table settings with folded napkins in wine glasses, warm lighting, and a refined interior design that balances comfort with sophistication. The food presentation is equally impressive: vibrant desserts topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream, golden plates showcasing aromatic rice dishes, and beautifully arranged stuffed grape leaves garnished with lemon slices.

The variety of dishes suggests a rich and diverse menu, likely blending Mediterranean and European influences. Tables are generously filled with entrees, hinting at a communal dining style that encourages sharing and conversation. The wine cellar and bar area add a touch of luxury, perfect for pairing meals with curated beverages. Service appears attentive, with staff actively plating and serving food.

Overall, this restaurant seems ideal for both intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings. It excels in atmosphere, presentation, and attention to detail. Whether you're drawn by the gourmet offerings or the upscale decor, it promises a memorable culinary experience that goes beyond just the food—it’s about savoring moments in a beautifully...

The food is amazing for a small french owned restaurant in dagupan it has truly passed my expectations, considering with other Manila or foreign owned restaurants here, this one placed 1st out of my top 3 restaurants I visited that were actually good.

1st food

even though the food may take a long while to cook, the outcome is amazing, not only is it served in larger portion the seasoning and cooking was great as it did not fully over take the natural flavors of the dish (meat related dishes & pizza) and the drinks were great as they do not put alot of sugar only the right amount as a person with diabetic genes this is great.

2nd service

Service is nice because even though it is a small restaurant they try to give out the best service they can compared to other restaurants owned by foreign or Manila companies this has to be the best I've been through.

3rd atmosphere

Even though it is a small restaurant, the interior makes it feel like you're in a french restaurant for tourists with nice references to French and West European culture it's nice to see restaurants put that much effort into a small restaurant to make you feel like you're in France, a nice and thoughtful design choice from the restaurant owner.

If you're ever interested in trying French or West European food in dagupan, go for...

The experience dining-in is really great. This restaurant is really unique in Pangasinan. It caters to a niche market as the restaurant's concept and menu is parisian-european.

The owner was very hands on, so accommodating and very entertaining. He made sure that we felt like a VIP although we are not 😅. The owner even gave us free photoshoot. We really like the vibes inside the resto. Although in the outside it looks like a sketchy place and you might not think that there is a first class restaurant in the inside.

Prior reservation is needed though, No walk-ins (there are some exception especially when you have something to celebrate). There are some items in the menu that needed at least 6 hours pre ordering - like the Paella and the Cochinillo.

The items on the menu might be pricey to some but it was very reasonable considering the serving size plus the overall vibes and feel in the restaurant. (spoiler alert, they have big servings - at hindi tinipid ang ingredients).

We were there to celebrate our 20th anniversary and tried their seafoods offering (black pizza and black pasta - I can't remember the names on the menu).

This restaurant is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to try their...

We came here to celebrate Christmas and had an exceptional time. Wow at this place's décor. The artworks on the walls and ceiling, plus the French classical music playing in the background makes you feel like you’re dining in the Louvre. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but it’s definitely worth every penny. Each dishes that we ordered were carefully planned and executed. The flavors blended well together. The staffs were friendly. The owner was very accommodating and knowledgeable at explaining what the dishes were. They cater to reservations only. No walk in so be sure to get in touch with them first before visiting. Overall, we completely enjoyed the experience, and were never rushed to leave even though they were going to accommodate more guests. Thank you Les Boissons for giving us a truly excellent fine dining experience. We can’t wait to go back.
