Read moreThe food is amazing for a small french owned restaurant in dagupan it has truly passed my expectations, considering with other Manila or foreign owned restaurants here, this one placed 1st out of my top 3 restaurants I visited that were actually good.
1st food
even though the food may take a long while to cook, the outcome is amazing, not only is it served in larger portion the seasoning and cooking was great as it did not fully over take the natural flavors of the dish (meat related dishes & pizza) and the drinks were great as they do not put alot of sugar only the right amount as a person with diabetic genes this is great.
2nd service
Service is nice because even though it is a small restaurant they try to give out the best service they can compared to other restaurants owned by foreign or Manila companies this has to be the best I've been through.
3rd atmosphere
Even though it is a small restaurant, the interior makes it feel like you're in a french restaurant for tourists with nice references to French and West European culture it's nice to see restaurants put that much effort into a small restaurant to make you feel like you're in France, a nice and thoughtful design choice from the restaurant owner.
If you're ever interested in trying French or West European food in dagupan, go for...
Read moreThe experience dining-in is really great. This restaurant is really unique in Pangasinan. It caters to a niche market as the restaurant's concept and menu is parisian-european.
The owner was very hands on, so accommodating and very entertaining. He made sure that we felt like a VIP although we are not 😅. The owner even gave us free photoshoot. We really like the vibes inside the resto. Although in the outside it looks like a sketchy place and you might not think that there is a first class restaurant in the inside.
Prior reservation is needed though, No walk-ins (there are some exception especially when you have something to celebrate). There are some items in the menu that needed at least 6 hours pre ordering - like the Paella and the Cochinillo.
The items on the menu might be pricey to some but it was very reasonable considering the serving size plus the overall vibes and feel in the restaurant. (spoiler alert, they have big servings - at hindi tinipid ang ingredients).
We were there to celebrate our 20th anniversary and tried their seafoods offering (black pizza and black pasta - I can't remember the names on the menu).
This restaurant is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to try their...
