We just happen to find this place through Google Maps as we were looking for alternative options for our dinner.
Queries through their social media account:
They were very accommodating in addressing our queries through their social media page, so that was a good sign for us.
Atmosphere - The overall vibe was very relaxing. They had a great view of the sea and their cafe had a very homey/cozy feel.
Service - The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. In our experience, we felt very welcome.
Food - Here's the best part, their food was surprisingly wonderful. We ordered the following:
1 plate of pandan rice - serves around 5 people or so.
Pork Humba - This was good. It basically is just like how you'd expect from Pork Humba. The serving is good for sharing. Probably 2-3 people.
Squid in Garlic Olive Oil - This was a surprise for us. This dish was well-cooked. The squid's tenderness was perfect. I might order this dish again if I happen to be in the area.
Bicol Bulalo - Now this made us say wow. Really. When this arrived at our table, we were surprised on how big their serving was! Sulit na sulit siya. In fact, I think this dish trumps other Bulalos in Batangas and in Tagaytay. For the price of Php 600, you get a big serving and a great tasting dish!
Overall, we all enjoyed our dinner at Cafe Diem. I implore other people/guests in the area to give...

Note: The view is wonderful along with the various seat designs, a lot of pictures to take.

They don't have parking, so you have to park on the side of the road. But you can see that the place is frequented by locals and...
