I went there yesterday with my friends a, Sunday. it is a traumatic experience for me and my friends. it took us almost an hour to get a table. When we finally got in, we saw a lot of empty tables!, specially at the back And then a girl told us that there was a mistake! our table was already reserved for somebody else and that we have to move to another table. Either it's a marketing gimmick or the manager ran away when he/she saw that huge unruly crowd at the entrance taking pictures for their fb.

Getting a menu is quite an experience too! A waiter showed up by our table after waving our arms off for 15 minutes. He says he can't find a menu, because they're all over the place. About 10 minutes later he showed up with a menu. We asked him what's the fastest dishes to prepare because were already starving. He recommended, sinigang na baka, kare-kare, and grilled liempo. We also asked for rice, buko juice and light coke. We got the buko juice quite fast. maybe 10 minutes or less. We got the 3 "fastest dishes to prepare" in one hour and thirty minutes! I kept asking for my coke at least 6 times. I finally got my coke just before I finished lunch.

The food is really quite good. But the "service" is most terrible.

I have eaten in restaurants in the US, Europe, Asia, and of course, the Philippines. I would say this is in the top 3 of my worst dining experience ever.

I would never go back...

We were at Isdaan to celebrate my son's and my niece's bday. The place is beautiful, there are just places that move when u step on it. Medyo masikip where we got seated. Let's talk about the food. We ordered Bangkang Gambas (5/5) slightly spicy and served with veggies. Pinaka unang na wipe out sa mga order namin. Banggkang Squid Teppanyaki (4/5) - i'm really not into sweet stuff but squid was tender and didnt have that fishy taste. The bangka ulams are cooked tableside. Its fun to watch. 2 Way Pata (4/5) loved the crispy part. The tender tasted like pata tim pero too collageny for me. Sinigang na Liempo (5/5) super asim Kare Kare sa Gata (2/5) would rather have the barrio fiesta KareKare. Lechon Tinupig na Manok (3/5) typical lechon manok. Tinadtad na Mangga - didnt try it but my nieces loved it. Special pancit - (5/5) super saraaaap The free ginataang papaya (5/5) is sooo good Makiling Water citrussy and refrehing but once its not cold anymore its too sweet Dont bother with the dessert. All are rated 1/5 Nothing special bout the special halohalo The sago in mango sago was not cooked fully Ice cream soup anyonyone? Pets are welcome too bad Shadow wasnt able to go THIS IS A CASH ONLY PLACE😅 You can fish here. You pay for your catch per kilo then they can cook it for free. Oh and there is the taksyapo wall. My nieces wanted to try but realized they were not really hating on anyone. Overall an...

This is a warning to those who plan to dine here during weekends and holidays. According to their FB page messenger admin, there is no reservation policy for these days, instead they prefer their customers to pile up outside the entrance. Last Saturday, we've seen how many groups are already complaining for waiting for more than 1.5 hours and their queue number is still far from getting seated. Like how many hours more before you can get inside? Slowly more groups started leaving with so much disappointment. Whats more disappointing is when they claim this is the management policy. Seriously? Your policy prefers chaos than being organized? Prior to visiting, I chatted their FB to inquire reservation but they said, just drop by and dine in with them, not knowing they will only make us wait and starve. Weekends and holidays are expected na mas maraming tao diba, so why not sa days na yun kayo mag organize ng reservations para hindi chaotic ang sistema.

To the management, do you see the logic? If people are aware in advance na fully booked na kayo on a holiday, eh di hindi na bbyahe ang mga hopeful na customer.. in that manner you can save your customers'...
