Food – 4/5 We really enjoyed the ramen and skewers, but the takoyaki was a bit disappointing—it tasted oddly like the "rugby" glue or that balloon game we played as kids. The ramen was a little too salty for my taste, but overall, the food was still good.

Service – 4/5 The staff were very accommodating and kind, but we were a bit put off when we asked about free vouchers for Viva One. I’m a fan of Mutya ng Section E and University Series, but the staff seemed a bit dismissive and suggested Vivamax instead, which was a little awkward. We weren’t asking for that, so it felt a bit out of place.

"Botejyu SM Caloocan branch! The ambiance is clean and peaceful. The aesthetic is totally Instagram-worthy, with plenty of spots to snap a great photo. And the food? Super affordable with generous servings! We went for the Family A set for only ₱1,595, and it was a great value for the price. Food - 100% good. Served just right. Every item we ordered were the same taste with the other branch so it is maintained!

Service - great nothing to complain. Very informative and helpful. Even ate from Fairview branch was here at the time we visited and still she is great when it comes to customer satisfaction.
