Una, sabi ng cashier na all order will be processed sa Kiosk. So pumila kami kahit mahaba. Nung turn nanamin sa kiosk, nakita namin na lahat ng nakapila sa cashier is not for payment but to order din. So sobrang unfair na pumila kami tas pwede naman palang mag-order sa cashier.

Pangalawa, kumuha kami ng utensils and nung ibibigay ko na sa family ko yung utensils, grabe paghiwalay ko ng mga kutsara, puro kanin na basa na nakadikit sa mga utensils, ang bababoy gumalaw at kumilos. Lumapit ako para i-address yung issue pero ang sabi sakin "kuha na lang kayong bago sir" Tama ba yun?

Pangatlo, mali mali yung order na binigay, so nag hintay na kami ng matagal and maghihintay pa ulit kasi mali ang order.

Pinipilit ng staff niyo na pangalan ay KARLA pero gupit binata, na nabigay niya na yung order na extra siomai. Pero hindi pa. Nung nag explain ako, bigla siyang sumigaw na "sige na nga ibigay mo na!" Maayos akong nag eexplain with receipt pero ang babastos ng crew niyo lalo na yung KARLA.
