Edited: from 1 star to 5 star, I really appreciate Manager Gilbert for the Call and solution for the said order, kahit few days ago na. He was very accommodating and enlightened me rin sa mga possibilities na nangyari. I hope there are more managers like him.

I ordered from Jollibee via Grab—Tapa and Pancakes. I expected my food to arrive ASAP, but the app showed that the kitchen prep was delayed. Given the delay, I assumed my order would be properly cooked and complete.

However, when I received the food and opened it, I immediately tried the tapa, only to find that it was uncooked, tough, and cold—completely inedible. I also ordered pancakes specifically because I was craving maple syrup, but there was no syrup or butter included.

To make things worse, when I took a picture of the tapa, I realized just how little they gave me. And I had only eaten one small piece! This is not the same experience I’ve had with other branches.

I recently visited it as early as 4:30 in the morning and I was shock that the parking was filled with delivery motorcycles and there were 2 motorcycles parked in both 4-wheels parking. I'm too hesitant to enter the parking slot but I decided to park since I needed to take my breakfast as I came from work. When I was already at the front door, the guard opened the door and greeted me with a smile. I ordered a big breakfast which is what I usually order. I matched it with ice tea. But when it's fast, your order is missing some items, we ordered 2 kiddie meal, but the toys are not included in my order. Atmosphere: Typical Jollibee location. Well ventilated and cool.
