Mang Inasal Sangandaan — Restaurant in Caloocan

The counter service is okay, they will tell you that the chicken oil is only 1 is to 1 so we cant refill it unlike other mang inasal that me and my family went to. It took 15- 20 mins to get our food and when i go to the serving area my food was there but the thing is, its incomplete. They let the chicken and the palabok on the service area and letting it cold (they dont even have warmer) so i ask them if they can at least put the chicken in the oven or warmer but the guy whos in there named JEG OR JED CAPULONG was freaking rude, mocking a laughing sound to a costumer. And when i take the food upstairs, i realize that the palabok was cold and i can even let my 7 yesr old daughter eat a food like that when i pay the right amount for that. When i go down they put it in the microwave and mocking me as i take the freaking food. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. THEIR KITCHEN IS DIRTY, THE STAFF ARE RUDE. FIND ANOTHER NEAR MANG INASAL THIS...

Poor customer service. We ordered BBQ with peanut sauce and Java Rice. The cashier adviced she did not hear our order, the order also took more than 30 min and was served as plain BBQ with Rice. They did not ask us if we're willing to wait for 30 min, and when we clarified the issue, we were met with a not appealing answer. The store is hot and humid, very not comfortable to stay and dine, it feels like there's no air-conditioning...

I used to love it here despite being crowded. The food is still at its best taste. Crew are not that approachable anymore. At worst, un sound system pag nagttawag ng number. Very annoying. Parang may graduation sa background...masakit sa ulo un ingay. You won't enjoy eating your fave halohalo or grilled chicken. Hope you improve ur queuing...
