Jollibee PUREGOLD MAYPAJO — Restaurant in Caloocan

I remembered back in the day when this fast food chain restaurant used to be in good condition, but right now it has changed a lot, I'm not trying to frame this restaurant as the worst of all but I'm just here to lay out my opinion and my overall honest perspective from what i experienced. one of the things that make me disappointed in this branch is how their washing area is so inconvenient, their sanitization and hand soap container is empty, I do not know how frequent they are to refill it anyway but it just get me so sad how that is so usual whenever i came into the restrooms, and i also noticed how toddlers are freely allowed to do their thing without the guide of parental controls, there was a time actually where I was eating in a large rectangular table where it splits into two sections and wherein that table have a small barrier between two sections, i was eating in that one section and at the kids were in the opposite section, I'm shocked to discover that how they can climb into the table and literally stood right on top of the table and impulsively doing their activity like messing around in the area, it's just so discomforting to witness how these things are easily allowed and how the policy their just allows this kind of inconvenience. And that's pretty much all the things that i must say and overall their food services are great and the staff is also reliable and do their work accordingly on how it was supposed to be without...

we held our daughter’s7th b-day party at this branch, the food was served 30 minutes delayed(to the extent that my visitors bought their snack at the counter) !!!!! we are totally embarassed! and the Party manager was so arrogant and inconsiderate! We complain the late serving of food to the party manager and she said that its not her fault i should complain with the kitchen manager! ( we were very disappointed)! the manager did not allowed us to have a value meal for the extra additional person, and she said if we want to avail value meal we should fall in line at the counter and we will be the one to serve the food in the party (lol) disappointing! (! the manager was arrogant and rude! and the hosting is not good! the mascott smells bad! worst bday party ever!!!

Hello this is Ethan the kid that always participated at your games. I have so much fun of my cousin Alijah first birthday. The food was so good i love the place!. Even the Two Jollibee Hosts (Kuya’s) are so kind and entertaining. Its a memorable event that i attended to. Even the manager is so kind to me!. I recommend this place. Thumbs up. 👍...
