The only decent things here are the size of the room, kind staff, AC, and thank goodness, WiFi!

Everything else in this "hotel" is broken. The shower is not working, no heater, TV does not have reception, no intercom, the drainage on the bathroom floor does not have a cover and imagine having a Boysen paint as your water bucket and a dirty old dipper to make it even more unbearable. The latter was relatively cheap. So I don't understand why a place like this can't afford to buy a nicer pail and dipper.

I booked with Agoda to confirm that I am with another adult and a baby. We arrived at the room with only one chair and no table to eat. There are also electrical wirings exposed. I think it's for the room's breaker.

To make it worse, we found a rat inside the room. I went there with my BABY to make him comfortable because the heat was terrible, but imagine not being able to sleep because there was a mouse running around and you cannot report it to any staff because they're gone at night. Oh, did I forget to mention that there was a clump of soil inside the room with HUGE ANTS? This seems to be an old colony. I wonder what they think of the place.

It was also quite noisy outside since it's within a main road. So if you're looking for a place to rest and you have bigger budget, I do not...

FOREIGNERS BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE. SECURITY GAURD AND STAFF ARE THIEVES.

THEY TRY TO STEAL FROM YOU IF YOUR NOT THERE AND LEAVE YOUR STUFF IN THE ROOM.

HAD I NOT COME BACK EARLY I WOULD HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY THE GAURD OR STAFF.

Security gaurd used duplicate key card to enter my room while i was in it with my girlfriend. In the middle of the night. Once he saw me he backed out saying nothing.

We went down and confronted him, he told us it was the desk ladies fault for not logging us in properly. But..... he did not knock or ask If anyone was in the room, just used the card and entered, he did not check the log book sitting on the desk that had my information and confirmation in it which would have told him the room was occupied. he did not check any other room, we heard him go back down the stairs immediately after he was caught by me as inwas sitting on the bed. Its obviously he was looking to try and steal anything of value left in my room.

Its pretty obvious they look for foreigners staying here wait till they not in the room the go in and steal things.

every room has a duplicate key card so your not actually secure and theynhave full access to your stuff...

I regret booking this hotel. Out of the 5 rooms I reserved, not a single one was in good condition. One room had cockroaches, and another had a leaking air conditioner that was constantly pouring water. I can't upload the video, but I’ll post a screenshot showing the issue—by the end of the night, a full pail was collecting the water because the unit was broken.The hotel may look beautiful and clean in the pictures, but don’t be fooled! It’s a completely different story in person—everything is falling apart. There’s no elevator, no parking, and no hot water. Instead of a proper shower, they expect you to use a dirty pail. Towels weren’t provided, and the rooms and hallways were filthy. The pillows were absolutely disgusting.I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. To the owner: please pay attention to your guests' concerns and improve your facilities. Your staff is doing their best, but with just one cleaner handling everything, it's clear more help is needed.
