We went here last Aug 2, 2025to celebrate my nephew's 1st birthday, but feel degrade with one of your staff namely jessie, the way he treated us parang daig pa namin d nakakakain sa jollibee, maybe because of our looks maybe we looks poor, because he treated other guests like vip, friendly and warm, pero sa amin my God he asked me ilan kami sa table and I add my niece from other table I said 9 bigla syang nag smock face then I ask ah sila ba aa kabilang table na kasama then he answered me yes sa kabilang table pero parang iritable , at first kala ko ako lang nakapansin i don't mind it baka pagod lang pero my younger sister told me about his attitude oh I see same pala kami ng experience, my daughter join the bring me challenge sya unang nakapag dala ng shirt then d nya pinansin yung anak ko l, binigay ibang prize sa iba ok deadma pero habang tumatagal yung bring me challenge we notice na bat yung ibang bata binibigyan nya ng prize kahit d nanalo while yung anak ko antagal nakatayo sa harap nya d nya pinapansin so anong problem nya sa amin? Service and customer communication needs improving especially for one of the female manager. When asked a question, she snub on you without asking you to hold on and yell instead at her crew who is afar checking on my request to come and answer my question.
