This review is mostly about an almost horrible experience but turned positive eventually.

I placed my order via a delivery app. When my order arrived, I knew something was missing. I opened it in front of the rider, and we both agreed it was missing 2 sundaes. As soon as I got inside the house, I called the store and spoke with the manager , Weng. When I told her the sundaes were missing, she immediately admitted that those were at the store. She apologized and asked me to send my address via SMS so she could arrange delivery of the missing items. It's the outcome I'm expecting. She could've offered to refund the items, making it an easier and more convenient way to address my situation. I'm glad she didn't because I didn't want a refund anyway. She told me she'd arrange a pickup service and would send me the 2 sundaes. After 20 minutes, the missing items arrived and an extra fries.

I've always ordered from this branch although there's another one closer to where I live. I just feel this branch's customer service is different. This isn't the first time this branch did something out of the ordinary. There was also a time when my order seemed unclear, they had phoned me and clarified.

Hope other branch managers...

We regularly dine here and take out ever since it was newly opened.

My fave is the fish or shrimp burger, fries and also Cajun rice. Yummy choco malt coffee and chicken. Spag has sweet sauce and also quite meaty.

I don't adore their hard bread that they call biscuits.

Has its own hand wash and toilet.

This has its own entrance with guard upfront besides the mall entry.

Clean and spacious.

We were bothered by beggars arriving one by one. First a child and next a man full of tattoo. They went through the back door.

I used to like the fish burger fillet, but today, it tastes malangsa/ fishy. My companion said when he took a bite, it seems old or stale. Also doesn't have the red veggies unlike in the menu pic.

Fries look burnt but still crispy. Mardi gras dip is great.

Dine in experience is inconsistent. Sometimes, their service is within 10 minutes. Most times is always above 25 minutes wait. I don't think they even tried to utilise the monitors that their store have to track their orders. Feels like lazy utilisation of their equipment. Service is dull. They run like chickens with their heads cut off because no one is cooperating with each other. Their store is a DEADSPOT. Don't expect any data or phone service while sitting down in this store, because you will die waiting for your food. People just tolerate it because they don't have a choice, really. The store doesn't even care on improving, because they're like that since the store opened. I don't think they have plans to care...
