McDonald's Zabarte — Restaurant in Caloocan

NEW REVIEW OCT 17, 2024 Kung may zero for customer service zero ang ibibigay ko para sa Mc Donald's, Almar, Zabarte. Hinahanap ko si kuya guard, yung dating guard nitong McDonald's, Almar, Zabarte. Napansin ko bago na lahat ng crew and guard kaya pala ang tagal nilang sarado. Nakakamiss si kuya yung dating guard sobrang bait at maalaga sa mga customers. Pinagbubuksan ako ng pintuan dahil nakikita nyang marami akong dalang grocery bags and when I order napansin ko nuon na he would look after my son. Nakatanaw sya kapag tinitignan ko ang anak ko. I talked to the supervisors and told them that new guard is far from the old one. Itong present WALANG PAKI SA MUNDO WALANG GINAWA KUNG HINDI MAG CELLPHONE kahit nakikita na yung customer maraming dalang grocery bags. Bahala ka jan hindi ko trabaho yan. Walang ginawa kung hindi mag scroll ng cellphone. Sagot sa akin ng supervisor hindi daw trabaho ng guard ang mag assist ng customers security purposes lng daw. SECURITY PURPOSES? Ang mga bata ba hindi sakop ng SECURITY PURPOSES? Sabagay bakit ko pa tinatanong e wala nga syang pake pareho sila nung supervisor. Sorry customers mag se cellphone muna ako. Palagi nga sya sa labas lagpas ng McDonalds going Puregold nag se cellphone. Wala nga sya sa vicinity ng binabantayan nya. Hindi na ako babalik dito sa McDonald's, Almar kahit every other day kami kumakain, hindi na, hindi lang naman pagkain ang binabalikan ng mga customers yung pagmamalasakit at alaga. Mc Donald's Almar, Zabarte lost one family customer and many other customers esp. when my other children, relatives and friends learns about this. Ganyan kayo magtrato ng customer hindi na kami babalik sa Mc Donald's, Almar. Remember hindi lang sa McDonald's ang pwedeng kainan sa Qlmar, Zabarte lalo na ngayon may Kai Mall na. OLD REVIEW: This branch has the most bully employee I have ever met. The way he disrespected us as customers by insulting is really way beyond. My 9 year old son and I ordered here last February 25, Sunday and while waiting for our order. I gave this disrespectful employee our aquaflask asking for water since we don't like using public drinking glasses. When I handed him our water container he said " dito ka pa umiigib ng tubig ma'am while smiling scarcastiscally. Ganito bng mga empleyado hina hire ng MC DONALDS, ZABARTE, ALMAR??? BASTOS AT WALANG MODO??? Masama palang humingi ng tubig dito sa MC DONALDS, ZABARTE, ALMAR BRANCH kung hind makakatikim ka ng FOUL na salita sa crew. Puro pagsasabihan nila ang crew pagkatapos akong ipahiya sa ibang customer ganon lng action nila. GRABE ITONG MC DONALDS ZABARTE ALMAR BRANCH wala lng ang pang babastos sa mga customers pagsasabihan po namin bye! Frequent customer po kami we eat here or take out often tapos tubig lang ang dami dada. ANG LALA NG TOPAK NITONG EMPLEYADONG TO PATI CUSTOMER DINADAMAY...

Good service. One suggestion though, kindly provide a security guard readily avaipable to assist customers in opening your door. Most of your customers are from Puregold Supermarket beside your store.
