The place sticks out like a sore thumb along the candelaria bypass road. Easily spotted are the US made trucks and the two Jeeps in almost period correct condition parked along the highway. The dining area is huge and tastefully done. The architect owner knows his stuff. Menu was simple mostly serving local ulam dishes. I ordered a 150 peso tuna sandwich and it was great. Paired it with a 50 peso fresh buko. The dining hall has a very high ceiling and decorated with a mix of beautiful local paintings and lots of Americana. The tables were solid wood and the chairs were comfortable. The sound system was being tested and the audio video was terrific. A stage with a drum set is set up probably for live bands.
