Wariwari Carmona — Restaurant in Carmona

Had a great time here, and we really miss food like these (this was in 2022). Tostada tray was soooo, so good. We ordered the fish variant, and boy, no regrets. I love raw fish and this one hit /that/ spot. They had light soy sauce and honey lemon glaze for the dip/sauces.

Their tostada tray consisted of: 🍣 tuna wasabi ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍣 tuna kinilaw ⭐️⭐️ 🍣 salmon tostada ⭐️

We also tried their tostada chips with bolognese. It didn't taste like they were trying too hard to copy Italian bolognese. It was meaty and packed with flavor, but not overwhelming.

Then we had carnitas. It didn't taste like a lot of cumin or taco seasoning. Still felt very Pinoy.

Their Thai tea latte was smooth and refreshing. The roasted horchata was okay-ish. Could be improved, but not bad for the price compared to others.

My favorite was their tres leches bao. The toasted part of the bao was so buttery, it melts in your mouth along with the ice cream. It's a great combo, and I've never had anything like it before. Absolutely...

Unless this is along the way of your route - do not spend anytime to detour. 60% of their menu was unavailable on a Friday at 7pm. Only service water was available. All coffees unavailable, all juices unavailable... they won't even sell us the juice I saw stacked in their kitchen(I am including a photo as evidence that yes there were drinks available - she told us were to go and buy our drinks) seriously waste...
