McDonald's — Restaurant in Cavite City

12/28/23 8:30PM Not a good experience at all at this Imus location. Frier AND ice cream maker. Why aren’t the equipment maintained? One breaks down ok, understandable. But two? Something is wrong. Then, my family has food allergies and this location would not accommodate their request to have burgers without the bun. Really? How hard is it to have the buns removed from the assembly line? Again, something is wrong there IF they indeed make “fresh and made to order” menu items. Finally, the last straw was that it was only AFTER they took their order (of the food items they could eat) and charged our credit card, that they told us about the broken machinery and supposedly could not credit back a refund to our credit card!!?!?! What??? In this day and age in technology? Unbelievable!!! It should be easy to adjust the transaction and/or credit back the credit card. Management and staff apologized repeatedly and tried to offer alternate items that were available… but half of us left hungry and needing to look for another place to eat and get take out that evening. Since I was a kid my mom always bring me here to buy some happy meal until now I was already 24 years old my love for this place never change. Talking about the services of this branch, it was good enough, they serve and prepare the food or orders quickly and easily even peak hours. Location wise its super accessible. It's a corner or a crossing so you can always drop by the place from any sides.

Do note that sometimes place is a bit crowded specially weekdays (students have school) so expect to wait for available tables and chairs.

It has a play area on the 2nd floor so expect kids to run around the 2nd floor. Good thing it has a drive thru but has a deep curve so better be careful for those...
