CnT Lechon — Restaurant in Cebu City

My family and I ate at CnT restaurant at Seaside Mall in Cebu and they just opened when we got there. When we went inside, I saw one of the employees mopping the floor on the other side of the restaurant. They didn’t even put a sign that the floor is wet or warned us about it. I slid on their wet floor and fell flat on my butt. None of their employees even asked if I was okay. My husband helped me up and ask if I was alright. You should train your employees to clean the restaurant before they open not during business hours when customers are walking in to eat. What kind of manager do you have at CnT? Your employees are clocked in to start their shift and they are outside the door putting their make up on? The food at CnT is very good but their service sucks. They didn’t even offer me something after I fell at their place of business. I should have sued your business for leaving your floor wet when customers are already walking in. We will never eat at CnT ever again. We only went there because we couldn’t find Rico’s lechon...

Pictures they posted here are in their other branch. But old place was ok. Im not a lechon lover or salty food. They served me not crispy lechon but taste is good. I went there for dinner and the place wasnt crowded as i expected. But after i order my food i heard loud cry from a kid even the parents cant make her stop crying. And hurting ur ears bcos the place was almost empty so the sound was echoing. As a customers we r looking to the father at least he can do something for his kid to stop crying but no. Even the staff didnt do anything. So we always look at them with covered ears and showing to the father that the cry is a blast for us. Pls teach ur child bfore u go out. Not everybody will love to hear ur kids crying inside the restaurant. And to the management of this restaurant pls clean ur toilet. Service was ok and i still enjoy ur food. Keep it...

This CnT Lechon Restaurant was notorious to favor "certain preferred guest" from others. We arrived at 1230PM. The cashier and waitress told me that the lechon will arrive at 130PM. My friends and I decided to wait. Then the same service crew told us the lechon belly and all torso was already taken by other customer who called to purchased. The 130PM lechon MIRACULOUSLY ARRIVED in less than 5mins (1235pm). Obviously lying to us, the crew continuosly lied that all parts left was the legs. When I checked the lechon did appeared on the chopping board and they were cutting it. There was no customer, it was a scheme for them to give us the leftover parts from older lechon and they "selected particular guest" in favor for them.
