Jollibee — Restaurant in Cebu City

This is the second time we've ordered through GRAB from this Jollibee branch, and once again, we're very disappointed. We specifically ordered a chicken bucket requesting breast or rib parts, but not a single piece in the bucket was a breast or rib. It’s frustrating and feels like we’re being ignored or just given whatever parts are available, regardless of our request.

For comparison, prior to ordering from this branch, we ordered from KFC. When their breast or rib parts weren’t available, they were professional enough to notify us and even advised us to cancel the order if we weren’t okay with the available parts. That’s how customer service should be handled.

But here? No heads-up. No option. Just poor service.

This might be Jollibee, but this kind of service is far from "Bida ang saya." Unfortunately, there won't be a third time for us. Very disappointed.

I regularly buy food from this branch since I live nearby, but I’ve consistently experienced poor customer service. Service is often very slow even during peak hours when there are many crew members available. Today, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order because they were still cooking rice. I asked if I could at least get my spaghetti first, but was told I still had to wait. After that, I had to wait again just for my number to appear on the monitor.

As someone with low blood sugar, I choose fast food expecting quick service, but this branch repeatedly fails to meet that standard. Jollibee is known for being fast, but this location does not deliver that experience. I hope management can seriously improve efficiency and...

Hi I am really disappointed of your service. I ordered earlier a macaroni soup a large fries and 6pc nuggets with a bbq dip. I waited there almost 30mins (even tho they said that it will only take 20mins) because the soup was promise time. My girlfriend is sick and I have to buy her here food but unfortunately the nuggets doesn't have it's dip. It is so disappointing because you let me wait for around 30mins and when I got home my order is not even complete! It doesn't have any cutlery. How am I supposed to feed her??! This branch always disappoints us. If the chicken aren't that fresh it's the condiments that are missing. Please next time make your service better. Double check. This isn't the first time...
