We visited Moalboal for Christmas and stayed closer to Panagsama beach, which is more known for its sardine balls than a chill beach. So we decided to go to White Beach for a 'proper' beach on Christmas Day and hoped we could find somewhere nice for our Christmas lunch.
We luckily found Jam's Cuisine. It's run by a lovely couple. The front of house who we're guessing is Jam and the chef who was busy cooking. Jam is an exceptional hostess and is very friendly. It is a quaint place with only a few seats but what it lacks in size it makes up for in quality as it provided us with a wonderful Christmas lunch - great flavours, cooking and choice.

The wife runs the restaurant outside while her husband is in the kitchen cooking up the delicious food. You have to come here to experience the great service as well as relaxing in a peaceful setting with good music to listen to! Our whale shark watching trip was cancelled and the owner new of someone and even helped organise it for us.
