Extremely Disappointing Experience at Mang Inasal Carcar Gaisano May 10, 2025 around 7pm, me and my family stopped by for a quick dinner after a long drive from Oslob, only to be met with disorganization and poor service. After waiting over 30 minutes, we were told that our food had been mistakenly served to another customer—and they had run out of chicken. When I spoke to the manager, Maribel Nunez, her response was dismissive and lacked any sense of accountability or empathy. Her unprofessional demeanor, including smirking during the conversation, made the situation worse.
Instead of helping us get our food, they were more focused on who had served it to another customer and were preoccupied with how they would process the refund.
Additionally, we witnessed a staff member using the same dirty cloth to clean tables and wipe the tip of the sauce container—completely filthy and DISGUSTING behaviour!!! This raises serious concerns about food safety and staff training.
This establishment clearly lacks proper staff training, customer service standards, and hygiene practices. I strongly urge management to reevaluate their hiring and training processes. This kind of experience reflects poorly on the brand and suggests a troubling lack of oversight and care.
Please remind your staff that if they’re unhappy with their job, it’s better for them to resign and find a role that better matches their skills—if they have any. The state of your establishment is truly concerning!!!

Read moreWe had a stopover at your branch on April 20 and honestly, this was the worst Mang Inasal experience we’ve ever had. We ordered 15 meals ata to and we were with kids pa gyud. But the poor service, rude, and unprofessional attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing.
While we were eating, your staff kept staring at us, not just once, but the entire time. It was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and honestly, bastos. For what reason? I mean, dili ba mi customers? Unsa man nang klaseha sa attitude? Asa man gibutang ang professional manners? Do we even deserve ingon ana na attitude?
I’m seriously wondering how some of your crew even passed interviews with that kind of behavior. Walay tarong pamatasan. You’re lucky no one decided to film you—kay kung na-video to, viral unta mo. Honestly , makawala ug gana. We came for a decent meal with the family, not to be judged and stared at like that.
To management: please train your staff to treat customers with respect and decency. Your brand deserves better...
Read moreDisappointed with the poor service at this Mang Inasal branch. There were no available seats inside, and customers were left to wait in line outside — including senior citizens. What’s worse, there was no priority lane or seating for them. I was with two senior citizens who couldn’t even order on their own, and when I asked the manager for help, the explanation given didn’t make sense. They claimed there was a “senior lane” at the POS, but everyone ends up in the same line anyway, defeating the purpose.
They eventually allowed the seniors inside, but made me (the person who needed to assist them with ordering due to strict dietary needs) stay in line. How can a senior citizen with medical needs be expected to order alone? It’s not just inconvenient — it’s inconsiderate and disrespectful.
Mang Inasal should seriously revisit their policies and staff training regarding senior citizen accommodations. This was a frustrating and...
