The main spectacle in this area would be the Carcar Heritage Museum. Built as early as 1938 it used to be the town's hospital for women and children. It now houses artifacts collected during the Spanish and American Colonial Period.
The museum has two main galleries: Kaagi (history) located in the first floor showcases historical treasures that dates back as early as the 19th century. Arte (arts) is a gallery that showcases the artistic ingenuity of the Carcaranons.
The most striking feature of the museum is its facade. It is an artwork of interlaced wood giving an intricate design to its transoms and ventanillas. The museum has a second floor balcony that gives a spectacular vantage point for the Town Plaza Area.
