I was really looking forward to dining at this Korean restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing—mainly due to the service. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was not well-coordinated. There didn’t seem to be any system in place to manage tables or assign servers, which led to confusion and delays right from the start. We weren’t greeted promptly, and after being seated, it took quite a while before anyone acknowledged us to take our order.
Throughout the meal, the service remained disorganized. We had to constantly flag down different staff members just to get basic things—like water refills, condiments, or updates on missing items. It seemed like no one was assigned to our table, and multiple staff members would come by, none of whom seemed aware of what we had already asked for or received. At one point, we reminded them twice about a side dish that never arrived, and the server just nodded and walked off without following through.
There was also a general sense of chaos among the team—staff members were moving around in a rush, yet things weren’t getting done efficiently. Some looked confused, others visibly stressed, and it gave the impression that either they were poorly trained or there just wasn’t enough leadership or communication among them. Even when we tried to ask questions about certain items on the menu, the responses were vague and unhelpful.
The food itself was okay, but nothing particularly memorable—certainly not enough to make up for the lackluster service. Dining out isn’t just about the food; it’s also about feeling taken care of, and unfortunately, that was missing from this experience. The staff always seem busy talking and giggling with each other. They move around in groups, even if they’re just cleaning one table, which makes it hard to get their attention. It feels like customer service isn’t really a priority.
One thing that really stood out (in a bad way) is how they handle the side dishes. The menu shows a lot of options, but they don’t actually bring them out unless you ask. And you have to ask every single time. It didn’t used to be like this 😔 they used to automatically serve a good variety, so I’m not sure if they’re cutting corners or just forgetting.
Also, they stack the rice bowls , which feels lazy and honestly a bit disrespectful, especially in a Korean food setting where presentation matters. Each person should get their own bowl properly served.
Some of the servers also just kind of toss the food on the table without care. The only one who stood out was the girl in black 👏 I think she was the cashier. She actually paid attention, served well, and seemed professional.

Read moreOur experience last saturday (Oct 8) was really not a good one. We ordered the unlimited pork and waited for more than 15 minutes before they served the pork. After they served the pork, we then started eating and grilling the pork. After we have eaten all the pork, we decided to refill. So, we asked one of the servers to refill us some pork. More than 5 mins have passed, the server did not get back to us. So, we asked another server to refill us some pork. We even describe to her that we will just get the thick one and she said okay. But again, we waited for more than 5 mins already but the server didn't get back to us as well. So we tried and asked another server if she could refill us some pork and she said ok. We waited for more than 5 mins. But then again, she did not come back as well to refill us some pork. I am not sure if the 3 servers we asked just forgot or it is their way or technique so that they can save more pork and they really intended to not refill us some pork? I don't know. But I'd like to think that they just forgot what we asked. So we have decided to just pay our bill. Anyway, that's our experience. I just hope that no other customers will be able to experience what we have...
