A nostalgic place where we, as family, always eat together. The pancit is always the number one on the list of our 'to order'. Their rice bowl, which I assume is just a recent recipe of theirs is absolutely my cup of tea, delicious!
Some things needs improvement though. First is the menu lists that they distribute to the customers, second is the restaurant since the lighting and the spaces are kind of squeezy... really, third is the customer service of the staff.
This resto was once rumored about some 'exotic animal' added to their pancit which was apparently discovered by a customer after going to the kitchen...? So unbelievable... why? How did a customer entered a personnel-only premise which was supposed to be prohibited for customers? Lol. Well... maybe if they were the owner or somewhat close to the owner, well... that may be reasonable but still suspicious because it's like dragging your own...

I personally love their Ube cake, their seafood fried rice, their bihon guisado, and of course their trademarkl hopia in different flavors! Another good thing about mardonney's is you can call them in advance and make orders, so you don't have to wait long when you arrive - they get a lot of people...
Read moreOne of Cotabato City's oldest bakeries and restaurants that still serves great food. Their assorted flavored hopia are the best pasalubong. My fave are hopia monggo and ube. They also have pandan and durian flavored. For food at their 2nd floor, have sine of their pancit canton. Or lumi. Awesome. Place needs refurbishing though just like most downtown...
