Sugar Pappi Cafe — Restaurant in Cotabato City

Good customer service and is compliant with the rules and regulations during this pandemic, with reasonable prices and all BUT there are problems in certain areas.

Food is up to par, but in my first time dining here, it's either they did the wrong dish or it is the ACTUAL appearance of the food which is very disappointing. We ordered Korean Beef with Kimchi but there's no kimchi, instead... a sweet but kind-of tough beef with carrots, cucumbers, and egg rolls on top on a savory bowl of rice.

The order took too long to prepare. Well, waiting is normal for most restaurants but it took almost 1 hour? I don't think that's normal?

Based on appearance, it looks spacious, ventilation is good. I hope though that they remove those decorations above the ceiling because it's already past...

Good food. The cheeseburger is a must-try and their cheesecake is my favorite. They also have affordable rice meals for only 99 pesos, ice tea included. Their wifi is also fast and its usually quiet so its a perfect venue for just hanging out or even for meetings. The place is spacious and quiet; it's perfect for when you want to finish a good book or write some papers. They have plenty of cupcake flavors with designs you can customize for as long as you inform them ahead of time. You can also listen to some acoustic and K-Pop songs while enjoying your meal. I wish the staff would smile...
