They forgot one of our orders, the captain waiter said "orders complete po" we told them there's one more missing order, that was the only time they checked in the kitchen. We had to wait another 20 mins for the order to arrive. They denied forgetting the order and declared they just had a problem in the kitchen. When the order arrived it wasn't properly cooked. Parang minadali. Kulang sa tosta. We didn't bother to complain kasi di naman umaamin ang mga staff. Other groups who came later than us already received their order. My first time here was a breakfast meeting at 7am in the morning. The place is clean and quite. The store staff great you when you come in, which makes you feels comfortable immediately in the restaurant.
