So today I ordered Spaghetti with Burger meal for my lunch. Upon collecting my order, I requested ketchup to this staff named FERNAN. He gave me 1 sachet and still I requested another one ("pahingi pa isa ikaw naman", total of 2 sachet). Without hesitation, FERNAN responded me with "Sir ang ketchup kasi pang fries lang hindi po pang burger kasi may dressing na ang burger". WOW. FOR THE FIRST TIME NAKARINIG AKO NG GANYAN SA ISANG STAFF. I told him, HINDI GANYAN ANG PAGSAGOT SA CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER REQUESTED A KETCHUP SO KAHIT NA HND PANG BURGER YAN, MAGBIGAY KA.
