Lu Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Dagupan

When we first entered, nobody bothered to sit or greet us. In fact, a way they even saw us come in, but didn’t bother to find a table for us, so we just sat down anyway.

We were approached, and given our menu to which we ordered immediately, because we were already very hungry. A lot of the items on their menu was sold out.

One thing I noticed was that the waiter didn’t repeat our order, but I thought maybe he was confident in what we got.

A few minutes in, everything was fine, got our dumplings and dimsum, and then 20 minutes after our noodles.

We were waiting for our MAIN dish, and it’s already been 40 minutes since we got there. I start to notice that the other people in front of us who came after already got their food. Like, if they were actually paying attention, shouldn’t they have noticed we were sitting there and waiting for food or if there was nothing left, they should’ve given us the bill right?

What makes it worse is when my husband raised his hand to call their attention, the waitress that saw him just said “ yes sir?” And didn’t bother walking towards us. Was she planning to ask for what we needed about 6 feet away?

She comes to us anyway, after telling her to, and we follow up on our main dish only to find they didn’t get to punch in the food.

Now we’re hungry, and the kitchen is closing, so we waited there for nothing. They did apologise saying they couldn’t punch our order anymore.

Tbh the food was good and I was really looking forward to it since they had great reviews. Unfortunately their staff and service is...

Such an awful experience… :( I went there lunch time on a busy fathers day weekend… they had big family tables good for 6 and i was alone - i requested for a table for 1 and they didn’t have any so they gave me a big table which was ok… but even before the menu came - a waiter came to me and asked me if i was with anyone - i told him i was alone - and he pointed to a family and told me they had a reservation.

Confused, i asked if he’s asking me to give my table to the ones who just arrived and asked if they had a waiting area… none. He was just standing there like waiting for me to leave…

Thankfully, someone from the group said it was okay since there’s only four of them - so they pulled the two tables aside and left 1/3 of the table for me… yey! 😂

Then i had to ask for the menu. Then i had to ask them to take my order. Then i had to follow up on my order - after 40mins… i guess they needed reminding - 40mins watching people around me getting food everytime they ask - so i asked. 😂 Then i had to follow up on my drinks - after i had eaten… had to tell them right away to have my drinks to go and for my bill… took so long… Another waiter came and i had to tell him again - i didnt get my drinks - i’ll have it to go instead and please - my bill!!!

Came back quickly and apologetically said - drinks i ordered was not available… gave me bill and said i get a father’s day discount. Oh well…

Maybe my timing was wrong - it was a busy hour of a busy day… and maybe theirs was wrong too - because today is just one of those days when i had time to leave a...

We're from Canada and while we were visiting Dagupan for a 3 day Convention, we were craving Chinese food. Since we were staying near this restaurant, we decided to pick up food and eat in our room.

Wow were we disappointed!!!! Absolutely the worst Chinese food we ever tasted!!!! X 100.

It's expensive The dishes are tiny-winy!!! Crazy small. The pork had that dirty smell and was chewy. The salted chicken was disgusting. It was plain and bad at the same time. The fried rice was normal; a little dry. Nothing special. The noodles were just "ok" and a very small portion. The rice and noodles were the only edible dish.

This is the worst review I've ever given. Normally I only give good reviews but the food was so bad, I felt obligated to advise you to go somewhere else for Chinese.
