McDonald's Dasma Salitran — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

The experience at the pickup counter on July 13, 2025 at 11:01 AM was very disappointing. The server who assisted us did not display professionalism or courtesy. We ordered two iced coffees and one iced coffee chocolate with extra syrup. When the drinks were served, the lids weren't securely closed. Upon requesting a replacement lid, she remarked, "Wag niyo po kasi iikot," implying that the spillage was our fault. Additionally, the extra syrup we paid for wasn't included. The iced coffee tasted diluted, so we simply asked for additional sugar syrup instead of asking for a full replacement. Her reaction? She muttered, "May extra bayad 'yun," with a dismissive attitude-as if the concern over additional payment justified poor service. The lack of professionalism was glaring. I recently visited this McDonald's branch and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff seemed disorganized, and the service was painfully slow. It took an unreasonably long time to receive my order. Additionally, the staff appeared uninterested and lacked basic customer service skills, which made the overall experience even worse. Hazel the manager did not seem to know how to manage the staff and their customers. I patiently waited and if I haven’t reached out and asked they wouldn’t even notice my order is ready. Nobody from their staff cares about their customer as the food was already cold even the fries were sloppy.

I hope management takes note and addresses these...

First time to actually dine in here even though I've lived in the Imus-Bacoor-Dasma-Gentri area all my life. This one is way better than most of the McDo branches nearby that we usually go to/buy from. The design is different and interesting. The chairs and tables are not the usual ones that you see when you go to McDonald's. Parking space can accommodate around 10 vehicles. Has a drive-thru and outdoor dining, too. And the washroom/PWD toilet is amazingly neat and spacious unlike the usual CRs of other fastfood chains. Not too crowded, perfect for relaxing/resting before getting back on...
